Ingredients

Instructions
Add of the ingredients (chicken and spices) into a large gallon ziplock bag
Heat a seasoned Cast Iron pan on High heat, once hot, add the marinated chicken thigh
Sear the Chicken thigh (3-4 mins per side)
Bake at 425 for 20 mins or until the chicken is cooked through.
