Gluten Free Granola
Ingredients
- 3 cups Oats
- 1 ½ cups almonds
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1 ½ cup toasted coconut
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup oil
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ginger
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 325 degrees.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Stir Thoroughly.
- Spread out the mixed granola on a baking sheet until even.
- Bake for 15 min, Stir, then another 15 mins or to desired brownness
