I made this Coffee Cheesecake Oreo Pie for my brother’s birthday. He loves coffee and cheesecake is such a classic and refreshing dessert. So I thought I would merge the two and make coffee flavored cheesecake. For this cheesecake we used regular coffee. But if you wanted a stronger taste, you could also use instant coffee/ espresso. The cheesecake recipe itself is simple, its just cream cheese, egg, sugar and of course Coffee, and baked for 40 mins. Simple. Easy Done.
We used a store bought oreo crust to shortcut this recipe and focus on the filling. But you can always make your own oreo cookie crust if you are ambitious or have oreos to get rid of. ( is that even a thing?)
