This Gluten Free Granola is super easy mix, Bake, Yum.

Gluten Free Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Oats
  • 1 ½ cups almonds
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 ½ cup toasted coconut
  • cup maple syrup
  • cup oil
  • cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ginger

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 325 degrees.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Stir Thoroughly.
  • Spread out the mixed granola on a baking sheet until even.
  • Bake for 15 min, Stir, then another 15 mins or to desired brownness
