In a bowl scramble the eggs and add in the milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon & mix well to combine
Place the baguette slices in the bowl and allow them to soak up the egg liquid fully
While the baguette slices are soaking heat the butter in a skillet on medium heat
Once the butter is melted and bubbly start placing the sliced baguette rounds in the pan, be careful not to overcrowd the pan, you can do this in rounds
Let the baguette slices cook on each side until they are golden brown, flipping only once
Once they are finished serve hot with your favourite toppings, we love fresh fruit & maple syrup
