If your lobster tails aren’t pre-split you can split them yourself using kitchen shears. Cut down the middle of the top of the shell towards the tail cutting in a straight line. Do not cut through the end of the tail.
Using a spoon, separate the meat from the sides of the shell
Once separated lift the meat up and out from inside the shell laying it on top of the shell over the seam where the two sides of the shell meet
In a small bowl, combine the butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, and parsley,
Ladle or brush the butter and spice mixture evenly over the lobster meat
Place the tails onto a rimmed baking sheet. Cleanup is easier if you line the sheet with foil as well.
Bake the tails for approximately 12-15 minutes, until the lobster is fully cooked but not rubbery
Remove from the oven and serve with a lemon wedge or extra butter for dipping
