In a medium saucepan, combine Blueberries 1 cup water and sugar and cook for 7 mins or until blueberries burst and break apart. Then mash the blueberries in the pot with a large spoon or a masher.
Strain mixture through a fine mesh into the pitcher to squeeze the juice from the berries.
Stir in 4 cups of water, and lemon juice.
Serve over ice and garnish with a slice of lemon and some blueberries.
