Make brownies according to box directs: Mix eggs, water, vegetable oil and brownie mix together. Pour into a greased brownie pan. Cook for as long as stated on the box.
Once brownies are made, put aside until cool.
While brownies are cooling, drain maraschino cherries and pat dry with a paper towel.
Once cooled, crumble brownies into a bowl. Add in frosting and mix into fully incorporated. Once you have the right consistency ( stays together enough to roll into balls but aren't sticky on the hands).
Form a ball with a hole in the middle, put cherry into center then cover the hole with the brownie mixture. Set balls on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Melt semi sweet chocolate and dip the finished balls into the chocolate and place back on the parchment.
