Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease your desired cupcake tin, this recipe makes 12 brownie bites

Chop up your peeps into 1 to ½ inch pieces and set aside

In a large bowl combine flour, cocoa powder and sugar and mix well

In a separate bowl combine mashed banana, eggs, milk, butter and vanilla, mix well to combine

Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well to ensure there are no lumps

Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop measure about 1 tablespoon of batter into the bottom of your cupcake tin, this recipe should make 12

Next, evenly distribute your chopped peeps and candy pieces in the wells reserving some candies for the top. The peeps will melt and caramelize, so they won’t be as pretty after baking.

Evenly portion out the remaining batter on top of the fillings, about one tablespoon for each well

Top each of the brownie bites with the remaining candies and peep pieces

Bake in the oven 25-30 minutes or until centers no longer look soft and edges look crispy and pull away from the pan

Remove from oven and allow to cool
