Homemade Pesto and Pasta

Ingredients

cups
basil
2
TBSP
Pine nuts
2
Cloves
of Garlic
½
cup
Olive Oil
½
cup
Parmesan
Pasta - 2 servings
Tomatoes for Garnish
Instructions
In a food processor, blend the basil, garlic, pinenuts together until they have a grainy consistency
Then add in olive oil and parmesan and quickly blend to incorporate. Do not over blend.
Make pasta as instructed on the box
Drain pasta and add in 2-3 TBSP of Pesto to your liking.
Add Tomatoes for Garnish.
Leftover pesto can be refrigerated or frozen.
