Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare an 8x5 loaf pan. You can spray with cooking spray, or line with parchment paper like a sling for easy removal
Peel and mash your bananas using the end of a whisk or fork
Add your eggs, milk and vanilla to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined
Next, mix in the peanut butter
Once all the wet ingredients are well combined add in the sugar, flour, baking soda and cinnamon if desired and mix until well combined
Lastly, fold in your chocolate chips, the batter will be thick
Once all combined pour your batter into the prepared loaf pan
Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes until the top is slightly caramelized and dark brown with some cracks and bits of the interior peeking through. A toothpick or knife inserted into the center should also come out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool in pan. Once cool, remove, slice and serve!
This bread also freezes well, I like to slice it and wrap individually in foil or plastic wrap for easy individual servings.
