In a large frying pan, over a medium flame, brown and cook the chicken in the olive oil.
Then remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan over medium flame, combine the honey, mustard, salt pepper and can of pineapple slices with juice to deglaze the pan. Stir until the mixture thickens
Add the chicken back into the pan and stir until the chicken is coated. Cook for an additional 4 mins. Serve hot!
