Big Mac Salad

Spread the love

Let’s ease into this whole New Years Resolution diet thing slowly. No need to jump mouth first into the lettuce just to relapse back to burgers two days later. Successful diets usually have a slow transition and consistency. Which is why the Big Mac Salad is the perfect transition from junk food to healthy foods!

This is a Big Mac without the calorie-packed bun, preservatives, chemicals, and fillers.  It’s just lean beef, cheese, lettuce, toppings, and the SECRET SAUCE that pulls it all together and acts as a dressing. Use lean beef if you want to be more conservative on calorie counts. Since we ditched the bun for a salad base this is also naturally gluten free with no substitutions.
