Chili is one of those foods that are impossible to mess up. It’s a large pot of meat (unless vegetarian), veggies and spices. that sits until the spices infuse into the meat and veggies. I love chili because it’s hearty, filling, full of protein, no carbs. This version uses ground turkey for lower calories, but you can also use ground beef. It’s better to eat the second day after all the flavors infuse so this is the perfect dish to prep in advance. Additionally, you can make a large quantity in advance, so for those of you who meal prep, this is ideal.
