In a medium bowl or rimmed plate combine cinnamon and sugar

Coat the rim of a glass with maple syrup

Turn glass over and dip in cinnamon sugar, lining the rim

Fill the glass with desired amount of ice

Pour desired portions of apple cider and asti spumante into the glass

Enjoy and garnish with apple slices if desired
