Buttermilk Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

light mayo

low fat buttermilk

grated sharp cheddar cheese

roasted unsalted sunflower seeds
Instructions
In a large skillet on medium heat, cook the bacon for 8-10 mins until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel lined pan. Crumble bacon and set aside.
Chop Broccoli into small pieces of florets and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine mayo, buttermilk, finely chopped green onion, garlic, lemon juice, sugar. Mix until it is a thin dressing consistency.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, dressing, sunflower seeds, cheese, bacon and top with the buttermilk dressing. Toss to combine. Eat and Enjoy.
