Easy Strawberry Bundt Cake

Ingredients for cake:

Box Duncan Hines perfectly mois classic white cake mix

fresh or frozen strawberries
Ingredients for frosting:

or roughly 2 cups strawberries

package cream cheese
softened

butter
softened

teaspoon
vanilla

confectioners' sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, or the temperature on your box cake mix and prepare your desired cake pan per the directions on the cake mix
Puree 1 cup of your strawberries
In a medium bowl mix together the eggs, yogurt and strawberry puree
Add the box cake mix and pudding mix to the wet ingredients and mix well to combine
Fold in the remaining cup of strawberries
Pour your batter into your cake pan and bake according to the directions on the cake mix
While the cake is baking prepare the frosting
Puree the additional 2 cups of strawberries in a blender or food processor
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer combine the cream cheese and butter until creamy and smooth
Add in the vanilla extract and then gradually beat in confectioners' sugar until its smooth
Lastly, fold in strawberry puree until frosting is desired consistency and flavor
After the cake has cooled frost and serve with whipped cream and additional berries!
