Everything Mini Bagels

Ingredients

Cup
almond flour

ground flax meal

Tablespoons
coconut flour
2
Eggs
¾
Cup
water

Teaspoon
baking powder
½
Teaspoon
garlic powder
1
Teaspoon
or more everything seasoning for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine coconut flour, almond flour, flax meal, garlic powder and baking powder and mix well
Scramble eggs and add in water
Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well to ensure there are no lumps
Spray a 6 well donut/bagel baking tin with non-stick spray
Evenly portion out the batter into the 6 wells
Top each of the bagels with the everything seasoning
Bake in the oven 25-30 minutes or until puffed, slightly golden or a toothpick comes out clean
Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan
