Instructions
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Cut the onion and spread it evenly across the baking sheet.
Cut chicken into smaller pieces set aside.
In a small bowl combine all other ingredients together to form a spice glaze
Dip the chicken in the spice glaze and place on the baking sheet
Bake until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. About 30 mins
