One 0.3ozBox sugar free orange jellosmall 4 serving box
1CupGreek Yogurt
Instructions
Slice oranges in half across the navel
Carefully remove insides of all four orange halves; run knife around outer edge of orange halves careful not to poke holes in the peel and then scrape out orange insides, or you can do the same using a grapefruit spoon
Reserve orange insides to use for a fruit salad, as a side to your jello slices or for smoothies
Line empty orange halves up in a pan, baking dish or ramekins to keep them stable. I used ramekins in a 9x9 square baking dish so that I could easily put them into the fridge without them spilling.
In a large bowl dissolve jello in one cup of boiling water
Add the one cup of yogurt to the jello and water mixture
Using a whisk mix the yogurt into the jello and water mixture until it is fully combined and no lumps or bits of yogurt are left
Put mixture into empty orange halves distributing evenly
Place in refrigerator and allow to set for four hours
