Savory Oven-Baked Brie

Ingredients

or 9 oz. round of Brie or Camembert cheese

Clove
garlic
minced

Tablespoons
fresh rosemary or parsley coarsely chopped

pecans or walnuts
coarsely chopped

olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place the cheese on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or in a small nonstick baking dish lightly sprayed with cooking spray. I used a pie plate.
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, herbs and nuts with the olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place the herb and nut mixture on top of the cheese and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is warm and soft and the nuts are toasted.
Serve warm or lukewarm with crostini or as an amazing accompaniment to steak!
