Instructions
Boil Potatoes in a medium pot until cooked and soft
Drain pot, and mash the potatoes with a masher or fork. Add in chicken broth, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a large saute pan, brown the meat over medium heat, add salt and pepper to taste. Once browned, set aside on a plate.
In the same pan, saute oil, onions, mushrooms, celery until vegetables are tender. 6-8 mins.
Add the flour, beef broth, tomato paste, worcheshire sauce, rosemary, thyme, cooked meat and mix well. Simmer on low for 8-10 mins
Spread the meat on the bottom of the casserole dish, top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle paprika on the top
Bake 20-25 mins, the place under broiler 1-2 mins til the potatoes turn golden
Remove from oven and cool 5 mins before serving.
