Trim your asparagus ends to remove the rough portions. Mince the garlic
Heat the olive oil in a saute pan on the stove and and cook until fragrant, set aside
In a large bowl mix together the turkey, cheese, egg and adobo, make sure its well combined
Lay out a large piece of foil, long enough to spread out your bacon into 4 rows of two pieces each
Once you’ve lined up your bacon, spread your turkey mixture evenly over the top
Next, line up the asparagus on top of the turkey
Once you’ve lined up the asparagus sprinkle the sauteed garlic on top
Now it's time to roll! Roll from the short side, using the foil to help you. Once you’ve rolled all the way to the end wrap the foil around the ‘roulade’ leaving a seam at the top, the ends open and place in an oven safe dish
Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until fully cooked. To finish, open the ‘seam’ in the foil and let bake uncovered 5/10 minutes to crisp up the bacon on the outside. Let the roulade cool, slice and serve!
