Ingredients

Large box (8 ½ cup serving or 2 small boxes (4 ½ cup serving ) Sugar Free Raspberry Jello

Container (or 1 Cup) of fat free yogurt
16

Strawberries ( 1 container)
sliced

Blueberries ( 1 container)

Boiling Water

Cold Water
Instructions
Wash strawberries and blueberries
Small dice your strawberries, ideally around ¼ inch pieces or the size you desire
Put strawberries aside in a bowl and mix in blueberries
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stirring continuously to ensure its fully mixed in
Add cold water to hot water
Gradually add in yogurt, mixing until blended. Using a whisk helps to mix the yogurt in.
If you are using a jello mold spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray
Evenly distribute cut fruit into the mold, or individual jello containers if you are using those instead
Pour Jello & yogurt mixture over your sliced fruit
Chill Jello in the fridge until firm
Once firm unmold onto a serving plate. If you are having trouble unmolding run hot water over the container for a bit to loosen it.
