Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

Spread the love

Honey and Garlic is a classic combination. We see it everywhere and its especially popular on chicken wings. So why not apply the same taste to chicken thigh to get the same great taste without the bones.

Searing chicken is a technique rarely used but it creates a delicious result. Similar to cooking steak, we are searing the outside and baking the inside until fully cooked. This creates flavor, some crisp, and holds the chicken together. The recipe is relatively simple. There is only 3 steps: sear the chicken, cover the chicken in a thick sauce and bake until fully cooked.
