This Mango Lassi is a famous Indian yogurt based drink. This smoothie is full bodied, tasty and is super simple to make. This recipe only has 3 ingredient. Yogurt, Milk and Mango. The yogurt and milk gives a good amount of protein and calcium while the mango provides fiber, vitamin A and vitamin C. There are some natural sugars in the mango. But no added sugars. The hardest part is finding a mango with the right amount of ripeness. But if you are an impulse shopper like me, you probably bought one last week and completely forgot that its at the bottom of your fruit bowl. Time to break it out and make this delicious protein and fiber full shake.

Ingredients
- 1 mango ( cut and pureed)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup milk
Instructions
- Slice Mango and puree in Blender,
- Add Yogurt and Milk
- Transfer to a glass and Enjoy
