Want an easy, but fun weeknight dinner that also stores and saves easily in individual servings? We got you, look no further than spaghetti nests.  With only 4 ingredients and the muffin pan of your choice (I used double sized) this comes together in a snap and looks super fun and cute.

Spaghetti Nests

Ingredients

  • 1 Box of your favorite spaghetti or linguini
  • 1 Cup parmesan cheese
  • 8 Cups or 1 Standard jar of your favorite tomato sauce
  • 6 to 12 Cooked meatballs depending on your muffin tin

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease your muffin pan of choice and set aside
  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for your pasta
  • Cook the pasta in the boiling water for roughly 6 minutes or until al dente
  • While the pasta is cooking, in a large bowl combine your tomato sauce and cheese
  • When the pasta is finished, drain and then put directly into the bowl with your sauce and mix well
  • Evenly distribute your sauce and pasta mixture into each of the sections of the muffin tin and then top with a meatball
  • Sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese if desired and then bake in the over for about 20 minutes when the pasta and sauce has baked together
  • Serve hot out of the oven or store and save for later
