Yes, another Jello mold, but hear me out! Jello sounds boring, old-school and might remind you of your grandma, but after giving it a try I have to say these 1950’s housewives were on to something. Jello by itself is a little boring, but replacing some of the water with creamy yogurt and adding in some fresh fruit totally transforms the food from weird kid-lunch snack-pack item to delectable low-calorie dessert or even breakfast. Top with some whipped cream or serve out of an old-school jello mold and you’ve turned a truly simple recipe into an impressive piece of food art for a party, dinner guests, or maybe just your cat.
