Condensed Milk Cookies

Spread the love

Low on ingredients, but craving cookies?  Or looking for a way to use up some condensed milk? This chocolate chip cookie recipe is only 5 ingredients (aside from the baking powder and salt)! No eggs or fresh milk and it gains its substance from sweetened condensed milk, which you probably have an extra can of in your panty.  These cookies taste like a shortbread cookie crossed with a chocolate chip cookie and have a bright white color as there are no eggs, vanilla or brown sugar.  Simple but irresistible and we guarantee you’ll make them more than once!
