Ginger Ale Carrots

Spread the love

Ginger Ale Carrots is probably one of the simplest recipes, ever. All you need are carrots and a can of ginger ale. MAYBE top is parsley if you want to be fancy. But that is all there is to it!  The ginger ale is a great way to cook and also season the carrots, the water in the soda, allows the carrots to cook through without burning, and the soda reduces to a tangy sweet glaze on the carrots.

A great side dish for an everyday dinner, or a fancy event like Thanksgiving, or a BBQ
